Do I need a trade account to order?
Yes. You’ll need a trade account to see wholesale pricing and order online. Applying is quick, and once approved you can order straight through the site.
How much does the transport cost?
The transport will depend on the location of your business. Please get in toch to get an accurate quote. Alternatively, you can organise your own transport to collect from HR2 9JJ.
Can you supply bespoke full loads?
Yes. We supply full loads in a range of formats, including bagged firewood, crates, bulk bags, loose kiln-dried logs, kindling, firelighters and BBQ wood. Speak to our trade team about the most cost-effective option for your business.
What's the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity, but a shipping fee will apply to orders below £250 and the order will need to be placed through our website.

What are the typical lead times?
We hold large levels of product in stock so delivery can be arranged very quickly, usually between 3-5 days from order.
Can you gurantee supply in the peak season?
Yes, we can. We hold large stock levels and can despatch goods immediately. To make sure your requirements are met, we can arrange a schedule.
