To ensure smooth deliveries and a great experience for your customers, we ask that you meet these requirements.
Place orders through your trade account
All orders must be placed by you through your trade account at certainlywoodtrade.co.uk. You're responsible for the accuracy of every order, including your customer's delivery address, contact details, and the correct products and quantities.
Brief your customer before they buy
Our deliveries have specific requirements around access, lead times, and delivery method. Before your customer places an order, make sure they understand the delivery terms in the agreement. This avoids failed deliveries and keeps their experience smooth.
Own the delivery conversation
If a delivery fails or needs re-booking, the re-delivery cost is yours to cover as the partner. You're responsible for keeping your customer informed and handling any resolution on your side. We won't contact your customer directly, but we'll provide carrier updates, tracking, and proof of delivery to help you resolve things quickly.
